Musician, composer, and activist Roxy Coss has headlined at venues around the world. Downbeat listed her as a Rising Star on soprano saxophone for six years, and Jazziz called her an artist to watch. She has performed with jazz legends including Clark Terry, Billy Kaye, Rufus Reid, and Louis Hayes. Her fifth album, Quintet (OiM), received four stars from Downbeat. Roxy is on the board of the Jazz Educators Network; on faculty at Juilliard, The New School, and BMCC; and is a founder of Women In Jazz Organization (WIJO).
